Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Used products
• Opened hair care products (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
